September Construction Update

Welcome to your monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is excited to provide the following update regarding construction progress at Marin. The basement slab pours have commenced and are progressing well. Shotcrete work for retention walls and plumbing drainage works are almost complete. The basement bulk excavation works are currently on hold while the team utilise the earth ramp for machinery, deliveries and ground works. Once completed, the final basement slab will be poured.

The Energex pad mount transformer conduit run has been installed and inspected by Energex, and is ready for earth grid install by Energex in preparation for the permanent power supply to the project.

Marking an exciting milestone, the suspended ground floor slab formwork is well underway and the satellite concrete pump is installed in preparation for further slab pours.

Looking ahead to the coming month, the construction team are preparing to commence ground floor slab pours, complete the bulk excavation works, complete the final basement slab pour and install the gantry and external enabling works to Landsborough Avenue.
