Welcome to Marin’s first Construction Update

Following the outstanding sales success of Main Scarborough, Traders In Purple is delighted to announce the commencement of construction.

We are excited to announce that early inground stormwater works will commence onsite later this month in March 2023.

Marking an exciting milestone, piling is programmed to commence mid-April following the Easter break. Subject to weather, piling is expected to take approximately 4 weeks and will be followed by the bulk excavation of the basement carpark.

We look forward to keeping you up to date as construction progresses and the project comes to life.

Meet Brad – our new Sales Consultant
