October Construction Update

Welcome to the October construction update. Marking an exciting milestone, the final basement slab pours and the first suspended ground floor slab were completed this month. The second ground floor slab is formed ahead of the pour in the coming days. Formwork for the vertical structures and level 1 slab will commence in the coming weeks, ahead of the slab pours next month.

The basement bulk excavation works and shotcrete work for retention walls are now complete. The plumbing drainage works are significantly progressed on site, with the permanent sewer connection and stormwater works in Landsborough Avenue completed. The Energex earth grid has been installed by Energex, closing out the works for the site’s permanent power supply.

Looking ahead to the coming month, the ground floor slab pours are expected to be completed in November and the construction team will prepare for the first podium slab pours.
