November Construction Update

Welcome to the November construction update. Construction of Marin is progressing in line with our target program. Marking an exciting milestone, the basement carpark is now 100% structurally complete after the remaining soldier pile walls had shotcrete applied and subsequent slab over poured. The ground floor slabs are also complete and formwork for Level 1 is progressing well.

The construction team are now focusing their efforts on forming and pouring the podium slab. This is a time-consuming phase as it establishes the transfer from the apartment building form above and creates the retail tenancy spaces below. These works will continue through November and into December, before the holiday period. The site will be closed for approximately 1.5 weeks with the construction team returning to site in early January.

Looking ahead, the apartment structural frame will start taking shape in early 2024.
