March 24 Construction Update

Welcome to your March 2024 construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the following update regarding construction progress at Marin.

Despite the wet weather experienced over March, the construction team continue to make good progress on site. The slab pours have been completed up to level 3 and formwork has commenced on level 4.

A formwork hoist has been installed which will climb up the building as it progresses. The formwork hoist will be used to transport materials and relieve some pressure off the crane. A person and materials hoist has also been commissioned from basement to level 4 to access the podium level. The basement services are now complete, subject to the removal of the crane, materials hoist and concrete pump further into the construction program.

Looking at the month ahead, slab pours will commence on level 4. Partitioning and services installation will commence on levels 1 and 2. Installation of the glazing system will commence on level 1.
