July Construction Update

Welcome to your monthly construction update. Progress onsite continues well this month with the installation of the capping beam now 90% complete. Our team is diligently working on the basement excavation, with the ramp installation in progress.

Additionally, the shotcrete for retention walls is 80% complete and will resume after the excavation is finished. We are pleased to inform you that the piling rig will return to site next week to carry out foundation piling.

Following this, temporary foundations will be undertaken for the crane and satellite pump. The crane installation is anticipated in mid-August, along with services and ground slabs.
