August Construction Update

Welcome to your monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is exited to share that we’ve achieved significant milestones over the past month, including the installation of the tower crane, removal of the piling rig, and working towards the completion of the shotcrete work for retention walls that is set to resume shortly.

The structural foundation work, including pile caps, crane base, and lift/stair core foundation, is actively progressing. Plumbing drainage installations are in full swing.

Additionally, the installation of the conduit run for the Energex pad mount is complete and ready for inspection in preparation for the permanent energy supply for the site. Looking ahead to the coming month, the team is preparing for the basement slab pour and removing the earth ramp to streamline ground works.
