April Construction Update

Official SOD turning

Welcome to your April construction update. There has been a hive of activity this month on the Marin site as bulk earthwork and excavation has now commenced, laying the groundwork for the project. This momentous occasion was marked with our official SOD turning with our Traders In Purple project team.

The site survey work is underway to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the site. Civil drainage work has commenced as scheduled. Marking an exciting milestone for the project, piling work will commence onsite over the coming weeks.

New Sales Display Now Open

Traders In Purple would like to notify our valued customers that our brand new sales office is now open, located 300m from the Marin site as our old sales office has closed onsite to make way for construction. You can visit us at 113 Landsborough Avenue, Scarborough.
