July 24 Construction Update

Welcome to the July construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the following update regarding construction progress at Marin.

The construction team have completed Level 7 and 8 slab pours with the roof forming underway in anticipation for the structure to be topped out before the end of August. On Level 6, final inspections of the structure have commenced. On Level 5, structure defecting is underway and interwall set out and glazing install has commenced. On Level 4, services rough-in and wall framing continues. On Level 3, internal services rough-in, fire walls and glazing is complete and internal wall and ceiling has commenced. On Level 2, internal framing and plastering is underway. On Level 1, carpentry is complete.

Looking ahead to August, the roof slabs will be poured, marking a significant construction milestone. Following final roof pours, the construction team will commence install of roof services infrastructure. Partitioning, glazing and services rough-in will continue up the building.
