April 24 Construction Update

Welcome to your April construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the following update regarding construction progress at Marin.

The Level 4 slab was poured in April and the construction team are forming Level 5 to commence slab pours. The internal services and framing has commenced on Level 1 and will continue up the building, following the concrete pour cycles. The mains power has been installed to the site and will be connected next month.

In May, we anticipate the Level 6 slab will be poured. Internal fit-out and services will continue up the building and the external framing will commence to common areas and public soffits. The ground floor scaffolding will be dropped next month to allow the construction team to complete external boundary works.
